Baked Butterflied Prawns in Garlic and Herb Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients

McCormick Garlic Bread Spread 1 pc

McCormick Herb Parmesan Bread Spread 1 pc

prawn, not peeled, med sized, 12 pcs

egg, beaten,1

bread crumbs,1 pack

olive oil, 2 tbsp

Salt and Pepper to taste

Parsley, chopped

Direction

• Devein the prawns and cut from the back of the head until the tail so it can butterfly open. Lay flat on a baking dish.
• Pour the egg over each prawn. Afterwards, squeeze a strip of McCormick Garlic Bread Spread and McCormick Herb Parmesan Bread Spread over each prawn.
• Sprinkle bread crumbs and add a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
• Place in a preheated oven (375°F) for 15 minutes and serve with chopped parsley.
